I also remember reading about some "nonbinary" teenagers (all Girls ofcourse) who had nipples deliberately re-sewn at the wrong height and/or horizontal location—or who simply dispensed with any semblance of nipples on their newly mutilated chests whatsoever; no re-sew, no tattooed/cauterized visual imitation, nada. 🤢🤬
These acts of mayhem MIGHT (i don't remember with anything approaching certainty) have been perpetrated by neo-frankenmengele Dr. Sidhbh Gallagher in miami. I definitely read about them during the same period of time as a bunch of other accounts from Gallagher's ethics-free zone, including mastectomies performed on Girls who had as many as four major psychiatric comorbidities under the active supervision of other doctors, who weighed more than 440lbs/200kg, etc.
It was almost certainly either Gallagher or this other (male) ghoul in Texas who had become known for the "nullo" operations You described in this post.
